As we continue rolling out Marketplace, we want to keep you informed about the latest enhancements designed to make your experience even better. Our team has been working hard to improve the quoting platform based on your feedback, and we're excited to share the latest update!

Marketplace Visual and Navigation Updates Are Here!

In Marketplace, you'll notice refreshed screens, clearer navigation, and streamlined workflows throughout the quoting and binding process that were implemented at the end of 2025. These updates are part of our ongoing commitment to make Marketplace easier to use, faster to navigate, and more intuitive. Here's what's new:

  • Complete underwriting questions before selecting a carrier tile for a more accurate initial rate display.

    • The order of the underwriting questions has been updated.

      • Please note, to explore all coverage options, you must complete the underwriting details (Step 1) before adjusting coverages (Step 2) under Available Markets.

  • Adjust coverages and recalculate before choosing a carrier.

  • Refer or finalize a quote from the same page for added convenience.

  • Simplified property detail updates with a clearer path.

  • Plus, additional user-friendly enhancements to reduce clicks and improve accuracy!
