Hurricane Season is Two Months Away!

Hurricane season officially begins June 1st! We are here to help you through the claims process, and want you to be prepared when claims start rolling in. For important claims information, please see below:

  1. ALWAYS contact the carrier immediately, its the fastest way to get claims processed. Carriers’ Claim Teams are available 24/7 and you can find the carrier’s claim contact information here. We strongly recommend downloading the PDF with all the carrier claim contact information.

  2. If you cannot access the carrier, please know our Claims Team is standing by during normal business hours. Just call us at 772-237-8531, 866-370-6505 ext. 606, or email us at claims@orchidinsurance.com.
